Aurélien is the co-founder of Barbariantribes, an outdoor fitness and social club that brings people together through movement and shared energy, as well as 2K Partners, a recruitment agency specialized in Executive Assistant placements.

With a unique background at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing, and team dynamics, Aurélien brings both insight and warmth to every seminar he organized.

He has designed and led numerous leadership and communication programs, including with the Toastmasters Institute in Luxembourg, where he earned public speaking recognition — including a Second Best Speaker awards at the Greater Region Speech Competition.
